Nice staff in bar & restaurant gave u feeling of a 5* hotel, clean room and nice breakfast. Staff at the reception not really nice u had to ask what time is the breakfast and everything they wouldn't tell you anything if u wouldn't ask! Long wait to check in aswell.

I stayed in the Aston Conference hotel overnight as I was working at the University. The accommodation was very good value. I stayed in the cheapest room which was adequate for my needs: shower, hairdryer, TV,tea and coffee tray etc. A very good breakfast too. What a disappointment. Expedia's page for the hotel showed nicely refurbished, modern bright rooms. Instead, i got a the tiniest ever 1960s university dorm room with a shabby bed and an ancient bathroom the size of a phone booth.
