Great hotel, booked early via Trivago, great rate. very clean modern rooms staff also helpful. One concern is parking it read to me that this was included, alas it wasn't and it cost over £12 for the overnight parking in the adjacent multi storey.

Stayed here for one night, on a Friday, we were going to the NEC the following day and NEC hotel prices were too expensive. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was well located. Extremely good value at £64 room only for the night. Very nice, would recommend.

I went to Birmingham for an awards event and stayed at the Hilton for one night. The room was beautiful, no doubt. Arriving, check in was pretty seemless and the staff were very friendly. I got into my room and as a Diamond member have seen my share of Hilton's. I was impressed with the all Mac setup, iMac with... More

This is a basic hotel. But it does the basics perfectly. Staff were friendly. Rooms spotless. Breakfast pretty good. It's situated right next to the redeveloped centre of Birmingham with loads of restaurants and bars on it's door step. Overall a good place to stay.

Excellent accommodation at a great price for a very central position, just off Broad Street, but still quite quiet. Breakfast is OK but rather pricey - plenty of other outlets within a few minutes, though.

CHECK THE ROOMS AIRCON BEFORE YOU UNPACK / GO OUT IF YOU STAY HERE!! I stayed at this hotel on the 7th and 8th of June 2013. The rooms were lovely with modern furniture and apple TV's. We were only in our rooms briefly before we went out for the evening but noticed that the room was considerably warmer than... More

I can't fault the accommodation in this superb hotel including, as some reviewers have noted, an iMac instead of just a TV. The beds were very comfortable, although I would have preferred a softer pillow and lighter summer weight duvet. The bathroom is small but perfectly formed, mainly because they haven't bothered with a bath but concentrated on a superb... More

Just a one-night stay on business, but a pleasurable one. Room was a decent enough size for a central hotel in a major city - nicely decorated and furnished, and bed very comfortable. Bathroom a bit small. Breakfast was a good selection, location is good just off Broad Street, but even though I stayed on a lively Friday night, there... More

What a fabulous hotel, excellent welcoming staff, fresh bright and modern rooms with lovely fixtures and fittings. Great location with super easy access to Brindley Place, Sympthony Hall and all the shops.
