The village atmosphere created by its cafes-bars and restaurants is complemented by the business-shopping-arts and sports facilities that are also on its doorstep. We have taken loose inspiration from Japanese pod style hotels which means much larger rooms more akin to a cabin on a luxury yacht with finishes and fittings to match. Good for business traveller. Clean. Quiet. Reasonably priced, including the parking. Comfortable bed. Good sized tv. Great shower. Friendly staff. Free wifi. The limited breakfast option is the only let down. But I understand why the are unable to offer a better service. Will definitely stay here during future visits to Brum

Thank you for your review, you have really understood the concept of bloc! A perfect room for an overnight stay in the city! A comfortable, extra long bed, amazing shower, free Wi-Fi and quality fittings and products but still at a budget price. We hope to see you again soon. More

Have stayed here a couple of times whilst on business in. Birmingham. Functional, immaculate rooms. Very quirky. Not good idea if you like windows, as there wasn't any in the rooms that I have stayed in. No restaurant, no bar....just a clean room, very comfy bed. Wet room rather than normal shower. Perfect for what we needed. Great crash pad close to bars and clubs. Room was a little chilly until we found the heating control panel. Clean, stylish hotel and very welcoming staff. Could not ask for more. Great value for money as well.
