Stayed overnight, room very clean and comfortable. Would def stay again. Staff on reception very helpful at all times. Food very good too. Within easy walking distance to bullring and other shops. All had a superb trip will be returning soon.

We needed a place to stay in Birmingham. The Ramada Encore offered a reasonably priced solution but of course not comparable to the standards of RAMADA Worldwide. Clearly there is a Huge gap between the two. No complains though, simple, clean and cheap !
