Ok it's not the most up to date hotel ever, but for the price is good value. My room was a bit dated, but clean and the bed was clean and comfy. The staff were all very friendly, particularly one of the weekend breakfast staff. Breakfast itself not so great if you like a fru up, a bit too basic... More

Booked originally through laterooms.com and pictures advertised are most definately not like the room we stayed in. Rooms were very tired but not unclean so bearable. Definately in need of a refurb. The bed was an issue as not the most comfortable and i had to ask to have the bed changed after 5 days which dissapointed me, however reception... More

I am writing this review as I had the unfortunate displeasure of staying for three nights last week at The Quality Hotel in Birmingham.. Some of the issues:. 1. Upon checking in and receiving keys for both rooms booked through my company, myself and two of my colleagues began by being sent to the wrong rooms, a little embarrassing in... More

Really unclean, no remote for the TV, no telephone to contact reception, had to go to restaurant for a spoon, net curtains were filthy and did not fit, towel holder was broke, very poor effort of a wardrobe. Have stayed in 1 star hotels in bangkok which were cleaner, better equiped and cheaper. Maids woke me early clattering about in... More

I booked one night at Quality Hotel for a girls weekend away in Birmingham. I knew that we were literally going to be using the hotel as a place to sleep and not spending a lot of time there, so I booked it as it was the cheapest option on that weekend. However, there are simple standards that should be... More

The beds were clean thank goodness, and the bathroom was ok. Hotel is very shabby so hard to make it look clean. It's not a hotel that you would want to return to. It did the job just for a bed for the night. It's a very shabby, run down place. Needs a good refurbishment. The name Quality Hotel is... More

We moved to this hotel after two nights at the Etap Hotel, which were not the greatest. I suppose you would describe the room we were given here at the Quality Hotel as a little 'old fashioned'. Well hey! so are we. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever... More

OK, so this place isn't the Ritz Cartlon, but for the £35 we paid for double rooms, I think it was excellent value for money. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, ordering us taxi's and answering questions. The general cleanliness of the place is reasonable, although I agree it could do with a revamp in places. Breakfast was... More

Booked for short notice stay as there was no availability at other hotels close by. The good: Free car park Good location Room service was good (and quite unique having a full Indian menu) £60 b&b Large room The bad: Road works not far from the hotel, took me 55 minutes to travel 2 miles. Hotel and rooms in real... More

Hotel was nothing like the photographs, rooms were VERY basic, my windows never opened. Two rooms were booked together by the same person and we were put on different floors in opposite directions. Went for a swim, pool changing area and poolside floor was dangerously slippery,to the point where one of my party had a nasty fall just getting changed!... More
