Booked at the Comfort Zone Hotels Birmingham, 4 hours before planned arrival..and got an extremely cheap price (less than £59 for a single room), so was initially a bit apprehensive about the deal, No worries! Reception was efficient and friendly, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities etc.

Stayed here for one night on 26 Jan 2013. I booked a one bed apartment. Pro's - Excellent customer service, very clean apartment, secure car park, quiet location, free WiFi, very modern throughout Con's - Single beds just too small!! If you're over 6 ft like me - forget it!! Will definitely return.
