We spent 2 nights here and thought it was great. The room was very spacious, modern and well equipped with a comfy bed and lovely en suite. Everything was clean and new. Paul was friendly, welcoming and informative. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. It is very good value for money and we will definitely be returning when in Warwick... More

The proprieter is, as already mentioned, very welcoming, he gave us good tips as to where to eat and where to park in town, providing us with a map as soon as we arrived. we were glad to recieve one of his 2 for 1 entry vouchers to Warwick castle. Unfortunately, our room as a bit of a let down.... More

I stayed in a single room for two weeks in August 2011 whilst I was commuting to the Jaguar Land Rover HQ in Gaydon. I was hugely impressed with the Guest House from beginning to end - Paul (the proprietor) goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and meet your needs. My room had a microwave, mini... More

My friend and I were here on a city break from Manchester and booked this quite a few months ago. The owner Paul was really helpful when we contacted him to confirm our booking before we arrived and even offered us a lift from the station as we were on foot! First impressions were good as there was ease and... More

Three of us stayed one night here. We stayed in the family room with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. We had really great service when we arrived in the morning. We were given maps of the area and shown how to get to the castle and even offered vouchers. The rooms were not overly big but... More

Stayed here for one night and was pleasantly surprised to find such a well presented b&b for the price. It made a change from some of the tired and overpriced B&B's i have stayed in in this country and if i am back in warwich i would not look elsewhere, thouroughly recommended. Lovely home cooked breakfast too and within easy... More

Great location close to canal for walking into town (via towpath of course). Love the microwave, bowl and fork/ knife in room for the DIYs. Tesco 100 yards up road. Great chance for an indulgent and cheap tea. Despite being on main road very quiet. Clean and comfortable. Good full breakfast for those on a days work ahead. Recommended anytime.... More

We really recomend this bed & breakfast to everybody, we are a couple but if you are traveling alone or with the family, Paul (Onwer) will help you to let you feel like you are in your own house. The rooms are nice and clean, and the brekie is very good. Actually we were traveling a little around england during... More

a nice walk away from the town centre; on a main road, but noise surprisingly lacking from the traffic. nice welcome from paul, room large and warm. very relaxed atmosphere, freindly, and nice. didn't like the ' mushroom' colour paintwork, but hey it's personal choice. all in all a pleasant stay in a nice town.
