Would really recomend this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the bedding beautiful. Would also recomend the breakfast. We had a lunch and this was excellent too. Just surprised that with such good food they do not serve meals in the evening. However they recomended us to the vine down the road where we had an excellent meal. A... More

A lovely hotel that is very clean and welcoming. A lovely breakfast in relaxed surroundings and is a stones throw from the racecourse. The bar is a must for real ale lovers as there was a good selection on offer. The courtyard rooms are nice and quiet and the weather was a bonus. Would recommend for a relaxing break in... More

We had two rooms - double and twin. Both were immaculately clean and the beds were good. Our room was on the top floor and only issue was the water pressure for the shower wasn't great. All the staff were friendly. Location was excellent. Wifi worked. Great selection of real ales. Breakfast first class - cooked fresh and with a... More

Small cramped no windows, I've got wetter in the rain than in the hot and cold shower, staff stressed. Worst thing roof light blind doesn't fit so room light from daybreak....over priced couldn't get parked. Breakfast good and good location but overpriced room 2 horrible and pub decor really dated....pillows hard as is bed!

Second stay here. Stayed for two nights in a courtyard room. Room spotless, breakfast wonderful and excellent beers in the bar.Nice to stay in a hotel with a real pub. Good location close to town centre but really quiet. A welcoming and friendly stay, and will use again.

We've just come back from a lovely sunny weekend in Warwick, where we stayed at the Old Fourpenny shop hotel. We had a great time - they're very welcoming and the breakfast is fantastic! We had one of the chalet type rooms at the back of the hotel and found it to be a good size, with ensuite shower room... More

I researched and booked this on my own. It's an Inn, with rooms to let for short term stays. It's walking distance from the bus depot, one block away. The accommodations include free WiFi in the rooms (I had some accommodations elsewhere that you had to go to the lobby or bar to use your computer, so always ask when... More
