We certainly felt like individuals rather than a number as you can in some large chain hotels. The room was exceptionally clean and well furnished. The breakfasts were also really good. Arrived late after being stuck on M6 for nearly 2 hours so was grumpy and a bit cross at no where to park. Staff very understanding and offered to ring other hotels for us. Glad we stayed, great bed, great shower , lovely towels, good breakfast.
