This hotel advertises several things we wanted: Real Ale, wifi in room and on site parking. In fact, none of these is available and the overall standard is very, very poor.. Our room was tiny (double bed against the wall so you couldnt get in from one side.) The courtyard / carpark was crammed full of vehicles belonging to the...

The pub was very dissapointing with no decent beer (just tasteless fiz). Breakfast was also rather poor, very cheap sausages which were more like breadsticks, flavourless bacon and strange eggs which were...

Perfect B&B to spend a night whilst visiting Warwick, very central location. Extremely friendly staff from the word go. Spotless basic room and we were able to take our little dog along which is why we chose to stay here in the first place but it really was just ideal. Lovely breakfast too! Would thoroughly recommend.
