Stayed overnight with my partner for a trip to Warwick Castle, had to make a few amendments to the booking before our trip which were changed without any issue or problems at all. Arrived to a very warm welcome from the host who explained everything we needed to know including local restaurant inc. serving times of each one, we ended... More

Lovely warm welcome followed by a beautifully decorated room which was very clean. The host is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make you stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was the best I've experienced at a Bed & Breakfast/Hotel.

The family room was bright and spacious with en suite bathroom. The room had a tv with integral DVD player which was great for entertaining the children. We were able to park outside our room which was invaluable with young children and luggage. Jayne was very welcoming & accommodating of a young family. She provided breakfast at a time to... More

Jane was the perfect host and her fantastic breakfast was one of the best we'd had. Don't miss the opportunity to eat one, or two if you can in the very pleasant breakfast room! The room was charming, very clean and fresh with all the amenities you'd need and a very comfy bed too. The bathroom, though small, was ideal... More

We only stayed 3 nights combining a few days break with a visit to an exhibition at the NEC - only 15mins away. Jane made us feel very welcome, it was like a home form home. Room was immaculate, warm and cosy. Breakfast was fantastic with unending supply of coffee. Thank you Jane - we will certainly be back when... More

Stayed in Warwick for 2 nights. We were able to swap rooms for a slightly bigger bed, no problem and move closer to the internet server for better service, no problem. Rooms were clean and warm. Lots of hot water. Breakfast could be added on the day. Very nice pub 5 min drive that did great food. What more can... More

We stayed at The Haseley Coach House Motel for an overnight visit to Warwick Castle. It is a lovely little motel. Room and bathroom were immaculate, warm and comfortable. The location was very convenient. Jane the owner is incredibly helpful, made the room available really early (I hadn't even asked, she offered), told me about a discount I hadn't known... More

Stayed here on business just before Christmas. Rooms are clean and could park just outside, very warm welcome from Jane the owner, there is a great Pub across the field about 5 mins walk, bit muddy so take wellies (They can supply them too!) and also a torch. Fab breakfast, freshly cooked, would stay again, in fact just sent mail... More

Good location for tourists visiting Stratford and Warwick, especially if you are watching your budget, but still want clean, comfortable and, in winter, warm accommodation. Jane who is a great host greeted me, and the following morning cooked me a superb breakfast - well worth the extra cost. The room and bathroom was small, but still perfectly comfortable. The heated... More
