Stayed Saturday night, very cold night but lovely and warm in the Inn by the log burner. Tried the carvery which surpassed all expectations, best food I have eaten out in a long while. The staff were very friendly and helpful, all you could ask of a place really.

Stayed overnight and was very pleasant. Staff very friendly and couldn't find too much to fault it. Room was clean and tidy, bathroom very nice and looked newly refurbished. We stayed in room 14 which had access via the fire escape door to a little sun trap of a courtyard. Great location only 2mins from Stratford by car.

We stayed for the Stratford half marathon and needed to leave early. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they were very happy to accommodate our early start and so after a comfortable night had a great breakfast. The bar was a good place to relax in too.
