If you want a lot of space in your room don't stay at Broadlands. If you want value for money, convenient position, good breakfast, very warm welcome & spotlessly clean accommodation this B&B is one of the best you can find. Second visit - planning a third!
We have had a couple of very pleasant weekend breaks at Broadlands. The accomodation is very clean and the host welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is excellent. It's about an easy 10 minute walk to the town centre and the river with nice pubs and a good curry house nearby.
Spent a weekend (24th & 25th Feb 2012), had a lovely time. Excellent room very clean, Lovely breakfast, good location. Made to feel very welome and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend a stay at this charming guest house.

Lovely clean room with lots of thoughtful touches including hot chocolate, biscuits and mints. Excellent breakfast including a choice of fruit, yoghurts and cereal and a beautifully cooked " full English".

Handy car parking across the way from the guest house meant that we could park up on Friday night and didn't need to get the...

From the minute we stepped through the door we were made very welcome. The rooms were spotless with everything thought of. Would recommend highly for short stay...
