Excellent location, value and staff! The staff at check-in was VERY helpful. The room was nice and clean. You can't beat the location, you can walk to everything and clearly see and walk to the Theatre from the hotel.

Late booking to the Bards town. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Overall the hotel is a bit tired and jaded and not the level of accommodation one would want to spend an extended period at, but for a stopover quite adequate. Similarly with the dining in Bistrot, better than adequate but lacked imagination although a new menu is promised.
