we checked in with anne on reception after my awful time at the bull hotel in fairford. Anne was professional and although the room wasnt massive it was perfect and i wanted to say a big thankyou to anne personally. breakfast was amazing- would def return.

Fantastic service, rooms and facilities. Spent three days attending a business event, reception team were very helpful as I had to take delivery of a vehicle and this was managed in my behalf as I was in meeting, rooms were clean and very comfortable, food and service was of .a hiigh standard.

A very nice hotel, lovely surroundings, nice room and good food but find out if they've got a wedding on before you book. If they have stay well clear. If they have you'll be treated like a second class guest.

I would compare Woodside (Sundial Group) with De Vere Hotels but rate them higher. Great location, visited some nearby National Trust Homes, wonderful scenery all round. Have stayed at this Hotel once before and at Highgate House twice before, but was left disappointed this time. I had won this weekend on Ebay and was impressed by the initial booking process. The hotel is situated in a lovely landscape, a bit outside Kenilworth, very quite location and basically a conference center with lots of conference rooms.Very good conference service and dedicated staff, solid conference technique available, good food but unfortunately the rooms are pretty basic.

Booked at comparatively short notice,my three night experience at Woodside exceeded all expectations.A nice room with superb bed,delicious food and and some really professional and attentive service from every department.As a jaded road-runner well-accustomed to the indifferent,staying at Woodside reminded me that there are still establishments that can provide comfortable,efficient service combined with great value.Well done!
