First time in a Q hotel and it was enjoyable. Using the pool for an early morning swim was great and added value to the price of the room. Breakfast was good and although a buffet style there was plenty being freshly cooked.

Just had a weekend break at Chesford Grange. The rooms are lovely , we had a ground floor room with patio doors leading outside which was so nice in this weather. Staff and food fantastic!

The first time we have used the Q group and won't be the last. The staff at the Chesford Grange were excellent, extremely helpful and friendly nothing was too much bother.The rooms were spotless and excellent value for money, breakfast was lovely (hot and fresh).Looking forward to our return visit very soon.

The best part of Chesford Grange Hotel is the Power Shower! The room could have been a little cleaner(Grouting and Carpet). My children were looking forward to the remote control beds, but they are no longer! Ok the things that were poor=none The good stuff=food-good ingredients/service - room spotless -staff ever so helpful - value for money cannot be faulted -location good -have a look at towns within 15 miles. We are q members and this hotel hit all the right buttons for us

Just returned from weekend at Chesford Grange was very impressed with the staff who were very friendly and attentive to all our needs, evening meal in the restaurant was top class, breakfast was fantastic, will hope to return again soon.
