This is our third stay at the hotel. Car park opposite is ideal. Staff really friendly and the hotel is a in a fantastic location for the city. Clean and comfortable room. We loved the pictures in the room and felt it gave the hotel the personal touch. Will be back.

The hotel is very nice and modern. Rooms are comfortable and fairly spacious with nice shower rooms. There is a very modern bar downstairs which is nice. I stayed here for 2 nights its a nice hotel good facility's however I got home and they have taken payments out of my account without asking and over charged me not impressed I phoned up and the girl was rude and unhelpful will not be back.

Have stayed there twice, it is handy for the University and City Centre and is well appointed, 'urban' modern style hotel. Rooms are stylish and comfortable, all have a fridge and a microwave too. Breakfast is available in Sharky's Bar and Bistro which is trendy and busy. I would recommend for business or pleasure also handy for University visits.

Stayed there one night to watch the Toon play. Had a great room on 9th floor overlooking St James Park. Room good size with very comfortable king size bed and modern wet room. Staff very friendly and breakfast pretty good. Great central location for shops and city attractions

Stayed one night for a treat and loved it we are big Toon fans so loved being so close to the football ground.
