Advised maybe a small holding deposit not advised that it would be £150 per room!!! Staff are rude not help full and make up lies and charge random prices!!!!!! Cleaner advised not to use lift as it was unsafe!! Rooms were dirty!

Just travelled for the last year just come back from Asia. Some of the places I have stayed in were pretty savage this has topped them all. This hotel is not built for families but more for hen/stag parties. Carpets stained and filthy. Room modern but bad bits painted over. Awake all night with fights, music stag party noise. Great hotel for the above Would never stay there again . On a plus note the receptionist was lovely and we were reimbursed for our rooms.

A great location in central Newcastle, reasonably priced. Nothing fantastic but for the cost this is a decent place to stay. Third floor shower doesn't have much water pressure and radiator seems to suffer. I would stay here again
