The staff at this hotel completely make it. It's very modern looking hotel with all the facilities a person needs while on a city break. The staff supported us throughout the stay and always went above and beyond what is ever expected of hotel staff.

Although staying in a non refurbed room, the standard was very good for the tariff. The bathroom had been upgraded and was spotless. Reception and waiting staff were excellent and the included breakfast (in our tariff) was really good; served hot and not at all greasy.A good all round 3* hotel.

The New Northumbria Hotel is a large excellent hotel in Jesmond which is very convenient for Newcastle Centre. the area is very upmarket with nice bars and restaurants. Taxi into city only £5. Hotel clean, comfortable, helpful staff. Good breakfast.
