What else can you say about Premier Inns. They are always clean, comfortable, well priced and the staff well presented, polite and helpful. The Premier Inn, Newcastle Millennium Bridge is no different.

I chose this hotel as I begrudge paying to park my car at a hotel. This one has plenty of free parking and the majority is under the hotel. The rooms are the usual Premier Inn, clean and comfortable and fairly spacious. There is no AC but you do get a fan and the window opens. My room, 111, faced... More

We like to stay in Premier Inns as you can be sure you get comfy beds and pillows and it usually is very quiet. This time we found the bed a bit harder than usually, but still good enough. Our room was out the back, so fairly quiet, even with the window open at night (which you can not even do... More

A Premier Inn deal coincided with a concert I had booked at The Sage and it is only a 5-10 minute walk away, so I booked to save a 54 mile drive home, allow myself to enjoy the music in a more relaxed fashion and enjoy a late night drink afterwards, both in a bar on the quayside and then... More

Unlike other hotels in Newcastle, there is free ample parking here. This hotel is situated a 15 minutes stroll out of town and 5 minutes from the quay side, so it's position is quite good unless you are infirm, or lazy. We have previously stayed at city centre hotels and have been quite disappointed. Our last stay at the boutique... More

I husband and I stayed in this hotel on a Sunday night and were amazed at how friendly every single member of staff was. We arrived a bit early but we were found a room without any complaint at all. We went up to our room and found a whole team of cleaners at work and obviously taking a lot... More

Central location, comfy room, friendly staff and they were very helpful and accomodating about my vegan dietary requirements in the restaurant. Bed was very comfy and there were plenty of pillows. Great location right next to the bars and restaurants of the quayside and only a 15 minute walk into Newcastle City Centre. The Hotel delivered in all areas, room clean and tidy, comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff, and a nice bar area to relax. Cannot recommend highly enough.
