Saver offer 3 nights mid-week. central, excellent staff . all good except breakfast disappointing. Had great breakfasts on other 2 mornings in Newcastle. Would return due to location, staff and price.
The hotel is in a good location and is similar to all other Premium Inn but the making of the hotel is the staff. The staff in the hotel could not do enough for us, they were so helpful whether it was advice or booking additional nights etc.
Good hotel and location away from the city centre but near to the quayside. Good transport links. Lovely food and very helpful and friendly staff. Room very comfortable and cleaned every day. Try yourself you won't be disapointed.
We checked into this hotel last minuite due to the hotel we had booked being a complete dump. The hotel satff were very friendly and helpfull. Good clean rooms. Friendly reception. Strange smell at entrance but that would affect no ones stay. Central location. Quieter than I imagined.Parked easily in the free parking. It was a 2 min walk to the millennium bridge and several restaurants. We ate dinner at the local La tasca which had good service and food.
We visited the Baltic Art gallery...
