Will stay again, clean, warm and close to all amenities, perfect for weekends out in town, my friends have stayed on numerous occasions and they were really satisfied, great value for money I would strongly recommend it !!! ++++++++++++++++

Exceptionally clean ,very convenient for the Festival we attended and very good value for money. Very relaxed and easy going. More like a holiday home than a basic boarding house.You are free to come and go as you please.Good variety for breakfast and use of the kitchen if you want to make your own cooked breakfast, lunch or dinner

This isn't a hotel, it's not a b&b, it's not even a guest house - it's just a house. No amenities, wi-fi is poor, tv reception is poor and no way would I eat what was left around for breakfast. You certainly get what you pay for but I'll be instructing our travel agents to remove it from the list... More
