The Plough Inn is a very pleasant country pub with a log fire, good beers and a very decent and hearty sausage and mash (+vegetables) on the menu. A smile from the young lady behind the bar would have been nice.

Wonderful, country pub. Crackling log fire, delicious food, their own home-brewed ales and a very friendly welcome. The landlord even lent us a dog lead for our post-lunch walk up Leith Hill as we had forgotten ours and we live half an hour from the pub. Highly recommend.
