Everything about this hotel is excellent from the reception staff (Lyndsey) to the cleanliness and standard of accommodation. The hotel was spotlessly clean and rooms were as advertised. As a lone traveller I would recommend this hotel to all. Slightly more costly than some of the other hotels but you get what you pay for

Stayed for two nights. Room very clean and just what we needed. breakfast was plentiful and all staff lovely especially those at breakfast. Only downside for me was the wi-if was very slow. Went to Beamish for the day and recommend that as a day trip but you do need all day.

The rooms were as basic as you would expect but still very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was lovely, a good choice of pastries and cereals , cooked breakfast was really nice, would stay again. And would recommend to anyone especially those with families

Very good value for 2 night stay. Easy access from A1. Ideal for children. Good value hotel for a short trip.Pleasant staff. WI Fi available free for 30 mins only for total stay. Large room. Good shower. Clean bedding and towels.

Stayed on a Saturday night. Bed was great as they alaways are when I stay at premier Inn. I was staying here due to a wedding at Preston park . Usual good standard of room as you would expect in a Premier Inn but the traffic was heavy all night and quite frankly, the double glazed windows don't keep out the constant din. Got up tired for work in the morning. Used the restaurant which was busy but was served quickly and with a smile.
