Room good with TV, sofa etc and bathroom looked clean but had a strange odour of stale urine which lingered throughout the stay. Perhaps a plumber is needed? The pedal bin in the bathroom also did not work as depressing the pedal failed to raise the lid.

I stayed here with some friends for an overnight after a day at alton towers. The hotel was spot on...... clean, modern, gd room size, friendly & helpful staff. If i'd be back in stoke i'd deff stay here again.
