as premier inns go this is up there with the best,very nice rooms for a premier and the location for Alton towers is great,good food in the onsite restaurant and the bar stays open as long as your standing!!there are plenty of places near by to choose from if you don't like the looks of the menu but its pretty... Stayed here in Oct 2012. Everything good except the bathroom which has a low privacy frosted glass door. Apparently not all rooms are like this? I would not stay in the hotel again because of this. Otherwise the location is convenient, just outside Stoke and there are the gardens nearby with some extra restaurant choices.

For a budget hotel, this is superb value. The facilities and rooms are top class, the food is very good and there is never a long wait. The staff are really friendly, and can't do enough to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The staff made our stay - they were consistently helpful and welcoming and turned a short stay in a budget hotel into a completely different experience. The facilities were better than expected and everything was very clean.
