Great location and LOVELY staff! Thank you so much! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. The room was a good size, clean and had a lovely view. Most importantly the staff were brilliant. sooooooo helpful and welcoming.

This hotel is in a great position in Bath, which is a beautiful city. The rooms are of a good size and standard and the breakfast was a good by continental standards. The decor and furniture is a little tired and dated, but the cleanliness and position out weighed this. The only slight complaint is the noise at 2am from... More

When it says a "small" double it's accurate. Excellent location in centre of Bath with parking a couple of hundred yards away. Continental breakfast is adequate but no more. Staff very friendly and hotel is clean and tidy throughout. Fair value.

This hotel is in an ideal location, especially for those walking the Cotswold Way. It is located about two minutes walk from the end of the Way marker, going south, or beginning, for those going north. The hotel is old, basic, with no additions. It only has a continental breakfast, a bit of a surprise after full English breakfasts at... More

Never would I set foot in there again. Very disappointed. I expected much higher standards for three stars. My mums b&b is so much nicer in galmpton Devon for a fifth of the price, didn't even offer a full English breakfast. 👎

Stayed at Park Parade for two nights in April 2013. Positives: Very clean, central location for the sights, pubs, eateries etc Negatives: Room was small, Bathroom was very small. If you sat on the loo you could rest your chin on the sink. No room to wash properly as the shower was tiny. Lots of noise from outside until about... More

We stayed here last weekend how they can call this hotel 3* is beyond me, there is no seperate resedents lounge, no lift and the toilet roll holder of the room we were in was out of reach. Additionally there blurb on the internet says they do full English breakfast at the weekends, not last weekend only a supposed Continental... More

This hotel is very central but somewhat overpriced for what it is: its old and could do with some renovation. To be fair, the hotel was built in 1740 by John Nash, one of Bath's premier architects of his time, so he didnt anticipate the needs of modern travellers with lots of baggage, like an elevator, decent water pressure in... Stayed in a twin room on the ground floor with my son for a couple of nights during the Easter holidays. Very old fashioned, poor quality room and facilities. Kept awake by very loud concierge from the restaurant in the basement. On the plus side it was warm, staff were friendly and it was a great location but would not... More
