When it says a "small" double it's accurate. Excellent location in centre of Bath with parking a couple of hundred yards away. Continental breakfast is adequate but no more. Staff very friendly and hotel is clean and tidy throughout. Fair value.

Never would I set foot in there again. Very disappointed. I expected much higher standards for three stars. My mums b&b is so much nicer in galmpton Devon for a fifth of the price, didn't even offer a full English breakfast. 👎
