“perfect location”

We had a fantastic stay in Bath at Brocks Guest House. It is well situated for tourists, directly between two major attractions. A shortwalk down the hill and you're in the center of town. The accomodations were very comfortable, and the food was great.

“Cosy guesthouse, perfect location”

I stupidly drove to Bath on bank holiday wknd without pre booking anywhere. When we both arrived we quickly realised that there was literally NOTHING available. “A Bath gem”

Brocks is a lovely b&b set in a great location near to the Royal Crescent. The owner and helpers are friendly and happy to provide recommendation and go above and beyond. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated and the breakfast was delicious.

“Room with a view”

Enjoyed both the lovely room and the hearty full english breakfast. Use the hop on hop off bus as a lift, got down at the Royal Crescent stop and then walk downwards for about 30 seconds. Seating area was warm, cozy and inviting, just like your own living room. About 20 min walk to Bath Abbey.

“Excellent and very welcoming guesthouse”

This was all round one of the best guesthouses, perhaps the best, we have ever stayed in.
