For the most part, the staff were polite and helpful and did try to see that our needs were met; unfortunately, that was the only good part of our Royal Crescent Hotel experience. The hotel is dirty, dismal and in need of a complete refurbishment and thorough clean. Carpets are worn, rugs are torn, and furniture is stained and scratched.... More

This was out 3rd visit to the hotel and we will be back for more! Professional staff, historic setting and relaxing spa all add up to a complete package. Views over the park are unparalleled. Easy walk into town.

We travelled to Bath in a group of two mothers and daughters. We were upgraded to suites as it was a special occasion and the rooms were perfect. Everything about this hotel is about luxury but it isn't pretentious and you begin to feel very much at home!

I stayed only too briefly at this lovely hotel. My first stop on my tour of England where I met friends. The first day I arrived from the States before check in and had to wait a few hours for my room. The staff was most helpful and attentive during my entire stay. I wish I had known to make... More

This place does not do exactly what is says on the tin. I can deal with the massively inflated prices it is The Royal crescent after all but a leaky roof in the suite sitting area is a bit rich. bar prices were high that is to be expected but no coffee or tea facilities in the room and pot... More

Location: as it says on the tin – it’s right on the Royal Crescent, though do bear in mind that while you’re in proximity to some of the finest examples of Georgian architecture and the verdant foliage of Victoria Park, it’s a good ten-minute walk down the hill to the centre of Bath (and, perhaps more importantly, a fair walk... We chose this Hotel with the help of our Travel Agent for a well deserved short break. We arrived Saturday evening and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The main hotel looked beautiful and just what we had expected. We were then lead to our room which was located at the far right hand corner of the... More

Small entrance in the perfect environment to a truly impressive garden. The restaurant is really nice and so is the spa. Rooms are correct. Slightly pricey.

This is a lovely hotel I have visited 3 times. It is in the centre of the Royal Crescent in Bath. It arranges valet parking for you. The spa is lovely, I much prefer it to the main spa in Bath. Very cute, very hot little pool in an old building at the back of the hotel - really relaxing.... More

A recent stay at The Royal Crescent Hotel was booked because of it's location and romantic and historical ambience. The main building is grand and fulfilled expectations however when showing us to our room we were led out of the main building to an annexe at the back of the garden which is next to the spa. The room itself... More
