I haven't been to central Sheffiled for about 15 years, what a change! This hotel is wonderfully located, next door to the cleanest and most well lit car park I have ever seen and with great rooms, great staff and food that was fine for a business trip in the restaurant. I enjoyed my brief stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights in late April and really enjoyed it. Location is excellent, close to everything in the city. This hotel is fabulous from start to finish. The staff and service are of the highest order. We had a great time at the snooker final and our stay at the Mercure made it all the better. Can't wait to come back next year.
