First off-Parking, doesn't have a car park for such a big hotel but does have a valeting service for £23 or could use the local ncp for just £7.00 for 24 hours..it's a no-brainer really. Staff were extremely welcoming on arrival, including giving me a sewing kit to fix my evenings dress. Perfectly situated in the City Centre, with easy access to the train station. Stayed for business, and would definitely recommend the hotel and stay again myself.

This is a really good modern hotel. The lobby is big and airy as is the bar and restaurant. My room was lovely, very big lovely comfortable bed, well decorated and floor to ceiling windows. The hotel is excellent, but it is very difficult and confusing to arrive to by car. It should be much better signposted and driving instructions should be given by the hotel. The room was big and very clean, and the beds were excellent.
