Average rooms, soulless and noisy. We stayed in the Annex and were woken countless times by other residents slamming doors and shouting in hallways. brilliant value for a large family room and breakfast. Got this room for 3people and it was £25, well worth it! Lovely location and friendly welcoming staff. Looking forward to going back in the summer.
