Stayed one night. Value was good. In the Hillsborough part of Sheffield and a short walk to the Tram line so easy access to town centre. Room was clean. Towels could do to be replaced as quite hard. Breakfast good and overall a fair price for the stay.

Very comfortable, clean and peaceful, friendly, relaxed atmosphere. A lot of thoughtful extra details. Lovely place to stay and would like to use this B&B again. Thank you very much to Deborah and her staff

Have just returned yesterday from our second stay at Coniston guest house. We have family who live in Hillsborough who have two small childre so thought it would be easier ti stey in a BnB. I have stayed here on many occasions when working in Sheffield, and always made very welcome. Very friendly hosts. Very quiet location, with car parking. I have stayed at a number of B&Bs in Sheffield, but this is the best. Super cooked breakfast to start the day. Also near to the local swimming pool in Hillsborough.
