A very nice hotel. Standard of room, service and cleanliness was very good. The only problem I experienced was that the internet connection did not work. Personally I prefer the more traditional sink design but this is only a minor point. Generally a very pleasant experience.

Convenient location for SHU and Sheffield station I have stayed here on 5 or 6 previous business trips to SHU. The reception is always pleasant, well-presented and friendly. I felt like everything I asked for was an effort, staff rude unhelpful Hotel was clean and tidy, but I don't think I would have been happy staying there, car park was underneath bit on tight side so be careful. No recommendations from me sorry

I regularly stay at The Novotel as it combines location, service, facilities and value all in one. The staff cannot do enough for you, the room are always clean and well maintained and the gym, bar and restaurant always provide a decent change of scenery

Nice Hotel,good central location, good breakfast but we did have to queue one morning as it was very busy. Bar staff a bit slow. Rooms small but adequate. One big downside was the price of the car park, a whopping £10 per night, a bit OTT I thought.

Proper and spacious room, clean bathroom, excellent breakfast, nice and competent staff, decent price On the so-so side: expensive WiFi, unable to switch off airconditioning system. In all: highly recommendable!
