Recently stayed with two girlfriends in the 3 bedded family room. Everything about this small hotel was excellent. The manager was friendly and helpful and explained how to get around on the local buses. The host is welcoming, informative and nothing is too much trouble The location is perfect as there is an excellent bus service and it is only 10 minutes into town. Easy access into Oxford via public transportation. Very kind hosts and comfortable accommodations. Breakfast outstanding. This is a larger B&B than most. Did have some problem controlling the heat in our room which made it a little difficult to sleep. Apart from that would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in all respects: cleanliness, friendly hosts, yummy breakfast, quiet room, parking space, etc. Could not ask for much more...the only way it could be even better would be with lower prices.

I stayed here for a week whilst my husband was in hospital close by. Luke the proprietor was most kind and helpful, being flexible and providing much local information. The room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Really helped my stay.
