Stayed here for one night, for my daughter's graduation. What a waste of money. Pokey rooms, terrible pillows, and completely unsuited to my elderly mother-in-law, who could not use the bath at all. This despite me ringing the hotel to ask for a suitable room. Unhelpful on arrival, and did not accept my loyalty card, despite paying £330 for two... More

The only downside for me was that the bar felt a bit soulless and...ummm...hotelly. There are, however, alternatives nearby, and others were clearly enjoying it. Other than that entirely subjective point, all good (& my espresso in the morning was very good indeed). I'd stay here again.

Fantastic location for seeing the sights in Oxford. An easy 25 minute walk to to the train station through scenic streets; museums, history, restaurants and cafes within a few minutes' walk.
