My husband and I decided to stay here for one night so we could visit a couple of National Trust properties. We had a lovely room , a fabulous, evening meal and superb english breakfast. All the staff were helpful and friendly we would certainly recommend !

Can't wait to come back. Compliments all round to the staff. The meal and service in the resturant was exceptional. Very good menu and prices were reasonable The rooms were spacious ,super clean and fresh. There was nothing to fault .

Stayed for one night 30th April 2012 and found the staff very helpful and courteous, the meals were of an excellent quality and the room most acceptable. Will stay again on our next visit to Oxford.

Lovely hotel in a great setting. Very clean room with en suite, comfortable bed too! Decor in communal areas is a bit tired but it is an old building. Dinner and breakfast were both very good but expensive. Staff were polite & helpful. Would stay there again.
