We booked a superior room, it was immaculate. Communal areas require updating. Great location for discovering Oxford as long as you are willing/able to do a short walk. Breakfast was very average, if not a little poor. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Stayed one night while visit Oxford. Quite a distance from the centre on foot (good 20 minutes). Staff is friendly and helpful. Bar on ground floor is ok. Booked superior room was quite small. Bathroom was tiny. But the double bed was smallest of all. Very uncomfortable to sleep in with 2 persons.
