Booked a superior double room for my 1st wedding anniversary. Superior apparently means on the ground floor overlooking the car park. Also seems to mean that you can't get a table for dinner either even though you are a guest. No attempt to rectify these wrongs by the staff left my wife in tears and me wishing that i'd booked...
