We needed a dog friendly hotel for the weekend and this hotel provided that for us. Nothing special, needed some TLC, but for its price and a bed for the night it suited our needs. Quiet hotel, no noise, and everything went smoothly, cant really complain.

The hotel is easy to find but it can be dodgy coming off the roundabout into the hotel. Easy access from the M1 - jct 26 - the room was a good size, clean & tidy but a little dated. Most things you need for a quick break was included eg.
