Stayed here for 2 nights to attend my nieces wedding over the easter weekend, I found the staff very welcoming and polite. The hotel was quiet,warm and clean. The breakfast menu was very good and varied.My grandchildren were given an easter egg each, a nice touch.

This is an extremely good value hotel. The staff are polite, professional and extremely efficient. Confortable bed, nice shower and clean hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Northampton.

Was a great stay and the room was huge for a hotel room so was a lovely nights stay, in which made our stay a very nice and relaxing weekend. Will definitely stay there again.

A problem with a very cold room on an extremely cold day was immediately and very courteously resolved with a room change. The new room was very comfortable and the overall experience both of accommodation and food was one of excellent value for money..However the wi-fi is poor in coverage, reliability and value.
