We have stayed here maybe a dozen times now in the last two years or so. Have found it to be consistent all along. Stayed at Tree Tops when my daughter graduated. Excellent service and value for money, very friendly guest house. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. Even let us leave our case, bags etc after checkout for the day so we didn't have to take them with us. Excellent location.

Great location, friendly, good breakfast. 5 minute walk to the city centre, free parking was handy. A few different size rooms, bathroom was good. Wifi didn't work very well in the room, dropped out constantly. The owners were very friendly and breakfast was great.
