Vera is very friendly and accommodating. She allowed us to park up early and head off for the day shopping which was a great help. Room was clean and well stocked, filling breakfast and the location is excellent to walk into the city for shopping or sample the night life.

top class guest house. Vera makes you very welcome. very clean rooms, comfy beds. Good breakfast, car parking and near the city centre. third visit to the guest house this time we went with friends who where also impressed with the guest house and said they will also use again.

Nice little guest house, very central for York with parking. Slept very well on the ever so comfy four poster bed. Breakfast was very nice and presented well. Only downfalls were the less so powerful shower and a bit of lipstick on a glass, other than that it was great. We will be back.

nice little guest house right next to the minster and york centre. although the bedroom was small it was comfortable, and we slept very well. breakfast was nice and the owner very friendly,she let us leave our luggage while we had a look around town again before our train home in the afternoon. i would go back again.
