This is the third time we have stayed at the Minster and have never had cause to complain. The staff are very helpful and polite, nothing is too much trouble. Cleanliness is still first class.Food is exceptional at breakfast, such a choice and cooked to a high standard. We will be back again as every amenity is close at hand.
