Accommodation is pretty basic but ok because it was cheap and central. Above a pub but Friday night ok, subdued murmurs from the pub. Unfortunately full flight party/karaoke on sat night, either need v good at plugs or to join the. Party until it stops. Otherwise check on"festivities" before u book otherwise may not be pleasant.

York can be quite an expensive place to stay at the weekend, but this was worth it - £150 for 2 people on friday/saturday night with a good quality breakfast.
