Welcoming hosts to a wonderful characterful home. Plenty of room to remove our wet clothes and a drying room to restore them for the next days walking. Very comfortable rooms with plenty of hot water, just what we needed after a long days walking. Great breakfast too. Many thanks Sandra and Tom More

We stayed in the pink room, top floor. Had a double and one single bed with en-suite. Tom and Sandra, the hosts, are accomodating, entertaining and warm. The location is perfect and our 2 year old had a lot of fun! More

Night 12 of our C2C walk. We'd left The Lion Inn early morning and got into Glaisdale quite early, so in fact went to the Arncliffe Arms for lunch, understanding that our hosts probably wouldn't want us checking in so early in the day. I admit we had a little trouble finding the place, and indeed we walked past it,... More

Booked through Packhorse Coast 2 Coast walk What a fabulous Farmhouse, Tom and Sandra gave our group of 6 a very warm welcome, we felt totally at ease in this beautiful place, they were very trusting. We had a meal in the only pub left in the village. The rooms at the farm were very cosy and beds comfortable. Breakfast... More

We stayed at Red House Farm as part of our coast-to-coast trip. Tom and Sandra were very welcoming and keep a beautiful and extremely comfortable house. Breakfast was delicious and Sandra's recommendation for lunch was brilliant. The post code reference for Red House Farm is a little misleading (it's on a very long road). Instead go to the Red House... More

We stayed two nights at Red House Farm. The booking process, by phone and internet, was straight forward and provided to be reliable. We travelled from Wiltshire to Glaisdale, the last part of the journey is on narrow and winding roads that require full attention. The Post Code took The Satnav to the general area, but one needs to keep... More

Lovely property in in beautiful location not far from the coast to coast route. A warm welcome to a stunning home. A Must see - the long horn cows on the property. Snooker room and swimming pool/fitness room coming in the near future. More
