The hotel (more of a b&b) is very quirky & old-fashioned, just like the description. It was a bit like staying at granny's house for the night...complete with a really lovely breakfast. Staff were all really friendly and eager to help and although the style is quite chintzy our room was really clean and the bed very comfortable. As it...

Having been "kicked out" off the Holiday Inn as they had over booked and resold my room, I was fairly late in checking in- 11pm at night.
Despite this, service was excellent, rooms perfect and breakfast- probably the best full English I have had. Highly recommended. Restuarant menu looks great too, will definitely visit again.
thanks

Then this is the place to go. Attention to detail is key here and Robert delivered this beautifully. I usually go more for Asain food however this is truly fabulous food and service. My wife and I dined here with the in laws.

My husband and I stayed here last weekend as we were in Norwich to watch a football match the following day. We travelled over from London and I thought that my husband would have booked a nice hotel but I didn't expect the room that I walked into. The Queen Consort room is nothing less than beautiful and immediately felt...

A warm welcome, Lovely food, great attention to details that made a difference, and a fun stay in a great location. Robert the manager made an intimate atmosphere, in an intimate hotel. Different, and all the better for it. Parking round the back was tight, entrance through the kitchen was always a fun mini adventure, and the dining room for...

We stayed overnight when visiting our daughter in Norwich. I wish we'd stayed for longer. The attic room was quite eccentric but completely captivating, although you need to be a good climber as the stairs are quite steep. Charming people and the full English breakfast was one of the best I've had in a while. We were able to come...

A restaurant with rooms. We were instantly transported back to childhood. The curtains, bed bedding, eiderdown, even the embroidery on the linen was the same as I remember. The only thing missing was the great coat that we used to throw on when Jack Frost was about.
We had a meal in the restaurant which was fabulous. It was lovely...

We did not book until the morning of our stay. When we arrived (earlier than agreed) Robert was extremely helpful and showed us to our room straight away and made us a tray of fresh coffee and tea. The room was outstanding - full of antiques an extremely comfortable bed plus the bathroom had a huge bath and power shower!!...

Now that the truly unique Millers London has gone it was nice to stay somewhere with a similar feel to it. However, we were chased up the stairs one-evening though to ensure we paid the extra £20 for the changed booking, as if our intention was to sneak out. One night we returned after a meal to find the place...
