I have stayed with Olga and Maurice twice (for now!) and have only high praise for them and their beautiful BnB. They respond quickly to any requests, help you in every way possible - recommending places to go /eat/ see. They really make you feel welcome and are a joy to talk to, about everything and anything. Very well situated,... More

Prompt responses by both email and phone. A very reasonable price with excellent service. The couple were very friendly and caring. The room I stayed was of African theme, I just couldnt believe I was being surrounded by genuine artifacts from Africa, which makes the room gorgeous. I booked for a single room and I got a cosy double bed!... More

Helpful when booking by telephone and we were made to feel very welcome on arrival. Questions were fully answered and directions given - nothing was too much trouble. Offered fresh milk for room - great! Everywhere was very clean with quality furnishings. Bus route to centre and station was frequent and easy to use. This B & B fullfilled our... More

Absolutely lovely stay. Olga and Maurice were lovely, caring, warm, welcoming and friendly. The room was one of the best I have stayed in. The breakfast was fit for kings, didnt need to eat again til tea-time :). Convenient to access most places, if you like a good stroll. This is the place I will be staying next time I... More

Once again a wonderful stay at the Arrandale Guest House. We have stayed a few times before as our daughter is at the UEA, and Olga and Maurice are the perfect hosts. They are always adding extra little touches, and everything is wonderfully clean. We hope to visit on many more occasions. More

Rooms are spotless and very comfy, breakfast is superb - delicious, really well cooked and served with love and attention to detail. However the Irish room at the front is very noisy as it's near the road - we had to have the windows open as it was very hot. I know it's a non-smoking house (apart from the little... More

Just stayed five days with Maurice and Olga in their spotlessly clean guest house in beautiful Norwich. There is not a lot more that we can say because its very hard to improve on the excellence displayed in every aspect of the running of this business. The room was immaculate and the breakfast's were fantastic. Both Olga and Maurice were... More

Over the years we have visited Norwich on many occassions, staying at a variety of properties, often being disappointed. We were attracted to Arrandale Lodge by the reviews and we made the right decision. This was the best place we have stayed in Norwich by far. We stayed in the Lady Hamilton room and were very impressed by the size... More
