I was booked for one night on 9 May and was unable to check in until late evening and so I rang in the afternoon to advise this. On arrival, staff were rude, snappy and unaccommodating. Seemingly, they wanted to rush check in and be as unhelpful as possible in order to go home early. Rooms are dusty and not too great. Recently-refurbished hotel. Good comfortable bedrooms. Food reasonable. Keenly priced compared to city centre hotels. Handy for buses to central London. Tube about a five minute walk from the hotel. No problems in two stays. More
