The room smelt so bad we had to ask for air spray, I think it was to do with their drainage, damp had been painted over/ covered up and not treated properly. I could have dealt with the tiny room and the noise but the smell took it too far. Look elsewhere More

Rude staff. Room was cold and when I asked to turn radiator on was told "we don't put the heating on at this temperature" so there was no heat in the room! Breakfast - a joke. Boiled egg, cheese slice, toast, sachets of honey or marmalade. Smell in room like damp or staleness. More
