My family stayed in Lancaster Gate Hyde Part Apartments last spring. Although we enjoyed the location very much and most features about the apartment, the washing machine was defective and ruined some of our clothes. Also, we never received our deposit back in spite of 6 e-mails and 3 phone calls inquiring about it. Would not recommend the place. More
